1.High speed drill bit have three types: Standard 2 flutes high speed drill bit, high speed 2 flutes short flute drill bit with cooled(3xd), 2 Flute High Speed Tungsten Carbide Drill Bit With Cooled(5xd).

2.AlTiN coating, black, high aluminum coating, applicative to CNC milling machine processing general metal. Machine rotate speed can achieve 8000rpm. Heat resistance is 700°c~800°c.

3.AlTiN-S coating, golden coating, applicative to high speed machine. Machine rotate speed is 8000rpm~20,000rpm, heat resistance is 1000°c~1200°c.

4.Usage of coating: It has good effect on reduce friction coefficient, prolong cutters' life.

5.Wear-resistance: The small grain size and the higher Co, the better wear-resistance.

6.ZHY-600 series drill bit, grain size 0.4um, Co12%, HRC60, AlTiN coating, Kennametal material, for high speed cutting.

7.ZHY-650 series drill bit, grain size 0.2um, Co9%, HRC65~68, AlTiN-S coating, Sandvik material, for high speed cutting.
